我在设置本地SMTP发信服务（ASPEMAIL）的时候，系统返回错误信息:
Persits.MailSender.4 (0x800A0006)
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for ×××@×××.×××
查了一下信息，这是SMTP服务器拒绝服务引起的，按照资料提供的信息，
我进入“系统管理”－－>“Service and Applications”----->"Internet Information Service"
在"Default SMTP Virtual Server"上点击右键，进入“property”--->"Access"----"Rel ... (全文...)
